InnPro Solutions was founded by Wendy Burgess, in 1995.

With over twenty years of executive experience in the hotel industry, Wendy has:

  • Worked at a senior level in virtually every aspect of hotel management
  • Connections at executive levels throughout the Canadian hospitality landscape
  • Developed and taught a 4th-year university course in revenue management
  • Spoken at conferences across Canada on Call Center Management, Yield Management, and Customer Service


A few of Wendy's career achievements and abilities:

  • Start-up of a major Toronto hotel
  • Significantly improved room revenue and REVPAR for dozens of InnPro clients
  • Operational design and implementation of guest recognition programs for Delta Hotels, with success rates in the 99th percentile
  • Development of custom yield management programs


Wendy offers significant expertise as both SME (Subject Matter Expert) and instructor. It makes a difference! She combines a wealth of knowledge and experience with high-level teaching skills. InnPro instructors are not speech-makers and orators. They are hands-on, practical coaches who work with participants to instill new learning and bring about lasting behaviour change.
