Objective

Participants will study the learning process, and how different learners learn. They will be shown techniques to test for learner retention, to maintain motivation, and to provide positive, corrective feedback to learners.

Target Audience

Operational managers with limited training experience or formal training education, who are required to conduct on-the-job training sessions for small groups or one-on-one sessions for new employees. An ideal workshop for those who choose to conduct InnPro workshops "in-house" with their own trainers.
