Are leaders born or made?   We believe both.  Our leadership workshops are designed to uncover the leader and develop their skills and inherent abilities, at any level from new supervisors to executive level.

Stepping up to Supervisor
Supervisors are often considered the “meat in the sandwich” between management and employees, with the challenge of listening to and meeting the needs of both stakeholders, in order to achieve desired outcomes.  Not an easy task!  Many supervisors who have been extremely successful in their previous role, find themselves uncertain of the expectations and skills needed in their new supervisory position. This is not unusual!  This workshop is designed for competent and successful team members who are now supervising and accountable for the work of others.

Target audience:  employees who have recently been from the ranks to a supervisory or team lead role
Ideal Class Size: 8 -14 participants
Length: 1/2 day or one day versions

Provides insight into your leadership and management style and the fundamental skills for effective leadership.  Develop an action plan to develop your personal leadership style. Develop key skills in coaching, communication, feedback, motivation and succession planning.

Target audience: Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders

Length: 1 or 2 days

Time and Stress Management
Where does the time go?  How many of us have said that. This workshop will uncover personal time "gobblers" and stressors and help you to develop a plan to be more productive with less stress in both your professional and personal life.  The accountability module may be added to this for a full day program.

Target audience: Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders
Ideal Class Size: 8 - 14 participants
Length: 1/2 day or full day versions

Teamwork
​By examining the components of effective and ineffective teams, members will assess their own abilities as individuals and as a working group.  By participating in simulation and goal setting exercises members will create more effective teams in their own workplace.
