Supervisors are often considered the “meat in the sandwich” between management and employees, with the challenge of listening to and meeting the needs of both stakeholders, in order to achieve desired outcomes. Not an easy task! Many supervisors who have been extremely successful in their previous role, find themselves uncertain of the expectations and skills needed in their new supervisory position.
